1. We will only accept defective products to be returnedor exchanged. If you find any damage, incomplete packaging, quality issues,omissions or incorrect delivery not caused by you when receiving the product,you shall submit a return or exchange application to us within 3 Business Days fromthe date you receive it.
2. Youshall send a return or exchange application via email, together with thefollowing:
(1)valid evidence shows that such product is eligible to be returned or exchangedwith reasonable cause;
(2)valid evidence shows that such product is purchased from us, such as an orderscreenshot; and
(3)photographs of the defective product as soon as possible.

3. To beeligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, in its originalpackaging as sold, unopened, and all related parts and accessories, includingmanual, certificates, labels, tags, consumables, bags and boxes, must bereturned together.
4. Wewill review your application as soon as possible and notify you of the resultsvia email. If we approve your application, you will receive an email on returnor exchange arrangements. Please follow the instructions in the email toprovide return or exchange information, choose a return or exchange date andsend back the product.
5.Please follow the guides below to properly package your product before it iscollected by our logistics provider:
(1) theproduct to be returned must be in complete packaging (including the mainproduct and its accessories, free gifts, warranty, original package,accompanying documents, and receipts);
(2) theproduct shall be properly packaged with the original packaging carton, or whichbe lost or damaged, please use another cardboard box instead; and
(3) ifthe product is a fragile item, be sure to wrap the product securely.
Ifimproper packaging by you results in new damage to the product, we reserve theright to refuse the return or exchange.
6. Onlyone application for return or exchange may be allowed per order.
7. Wewill give priority to exchange for the application for return or exchange. Ifthe exchanged product is out of stock, we will negotiate with you to provide analternative product. If you still insist on receiving the same product, we willinform you after re-stocking and arrange pick-up or delivery.
8. Therefund will be subject to the actual amount you paid when you placed an order.
9. Wereserve the right to interpret and revise the relevant Terms and Conditions andthis Policy.
10 Incase of any dispute, we reserve the right of the final decision.
