Terms and Conditions
1. General
1.1 By placing an order, you have been aware of and consented to these Terms and Conditions, and agreed to be bound by them.
1.2 You agree to pay for your orders and ensure the accuracy of the relevant information. We reserve our right to charge the additional fees incurred by insufficient information, inaccurate information or failure to provide information by you.
2. Order Confirmation
2.1 Any order shall not be changed or cancelled once being confirmed.
2.2 We reserve our right to accept or reject an order. If we are unable to accept or deliver your order due to any unforeseen circumstance, we will contact you by phone, email or otherwise for the handling of the situation.
2.3 All images shown on our website are for reference only, which may differ from the actual products due to shooting angle, display screen settings or otherwise, actual products shall prevail in any event.
2.4 The prices and discounts of all products are subject to that displayed on our website at material time.
2.5 In case of any disputes relating to any order, our decisions shall be final.
3. Payment Methods
We accept Shopline Payment or other designated electronic payment methods, and the prices of all products shall be denominated in HKD.
4. Delivery of Products
4.1 Products in the same order may be delivered at different times.
4.2 The delivery time shown in the order is an estimate and does not constitute any commitment by us. The actual delivery time may be affected by the weather, logistics conditions and others. You may check the delivery status at the "Orders" on your user dashboard.
4.3 The shipment and delivery time may be postponed due to incomplete recipient information, incorrect mobile number, incorrect email address, recipient not available, unexpected natural disasters, system maintenance, products allocation, inventory count, factory replenishment and other factors.
4.4 If a parcel is returned due to incorrect recipient information, recipient not available, or no one signing for delivery after it is sent out, we may require you to pay for extra shipping fees and other return costs before shipping the parcel again.
4.5 For certain areas where our delivery partners’ service is not available, you will need to amend the delivery address accordingly or pick up the parcel at a designated address. Please refer to the Shipping Policy for the list of areas where delivery service is not available.
5. Force Majeure
For any failure in providing the requested products or services due to force majeure events (including but not limited to natural disasters, fires, floods, accidents, riots, wars, government policies, strikes, or any circumstances beyond our control), we shall not be liable for any loss and compensation caused therefrom.
6. Privacy Protection
We will act in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap 486), and comply with our Privacy Policy.
7. Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be construed and governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China (“Hong Kong”), the courts of Hong Kong shall be the sole and exclusive forum.
8. Effect of Terms
8.1 We reserve the right to modify and revise the selling prices, delivery charges, these Terms and Conditions and other policies from time to time at our own discretion without prior notice. By continuing to use this website, you agree to be bound by any revised Terms and Conditions.
8.2 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is construed to be illegal or invalid, such provision shall be deleted and shall not affect the legality, validity, and enforceability of the remaining provisions hereof.
8.3 In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
